SHIPPING ERRORS

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly replace the item for you. Please contact us within 48-hours of receiving the items.

We individually wrap each item in your order with our signature jewelry by Style packaging.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

ALL jewelry by Style JEWELRY IS HAND CRAFTED BY MASTER CRAFTSMEN,

  1. To avoid tarnishing, store all jewelry by Style jewelry safely in the ZIP LOCK bag.
  2. Always remember to seal the zip lock bag completely.
  3. Do not store the jewelry in a cloth, tissue paper or leather pouches.
  4. Always remember to remove all your jewelry before taking a shower or swimming.
  5. Do not use any liquid cleaners, soap, detergent or toothpaste to clean jewelry by Style Jewellery.
  6. When dressing up, always wear the jewelry last to avoid any contact with cream, make-up,
  7. cosmetics, water, nail polish remover and perfume.
  8. Make sure your jewelry is not in constant contact with hard or rough surfaces to avoid scratches.
  9. All jewelry should be stored in a clean dry place, away from humidity, moisture and extreme
  10. temperatures.
