We are grateful to have you as our customer and truly hope you like this Handcrafted piece of jewelry. Our artisan tried their best to deliver the fully inspected item. Jewelry by Style entitles you to exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.
Exchange is possible only in the form of a store credit that may be used for purchasing another item/s from Jewelry by Style.
We will issue a store credit for the amount paid by you less shipping charges.
You may use the store credit either online or offline at our stores or shows.
There is no expiry date on our store credits.
AS A STANDARD COMPANY POLICY WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

Β Our representatives will guide you on how to ship the items back to us.
Β Please do not ship any item to our offices without corresponding with our representatives.
All exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice.
All items must be shipped back to jewelry by Style in its original packaging.
jewelry by Style will not be responsible for lost or damaged items, while shipping them back to us.
All shipping costs related to the exchange must be borne by the customer.
